A Note About Us
Rod and Lenore have been in the ministry for 48 years.
Rod pastored the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia for 37 years. During that 37 years, he was active in training men and women for the ministry through the church’s Bible College and Seminary. The Tabernacle Baptist Church of Virginia Beach had an aggressive church planting and world-wide mission program. Dr Bell believes the great commission was given to the local church, and every member should be involved in evangelizing the world for Christ.
Under Dr. Bell’s leadership, the church had a world-wide mission agency. “The sun never set upon it’s ministry.” He is continuing this burden through the “The Old Crooked Stick Ministries.” Dr. Bell has a wealth of knowledge and experience to give the helps ministries.
Dr. Bell is helping the Calvary Baptist Bible College (a faith-based work in Puerto Rico) with training nationals and planting churches world wide with special interests in the West Indes, South America, and Zimbabwe, South Africa.
